Todays post is all about this aamazing  oversized sweatshirt and striped skirt both combined was under fifty dollars win. 

The shirt i scored from my local marshalls for 12 dollars and the skirt was from the banana Republic outlet and it was only 16 dollars. The denim jacket is a thrifted.

The booties are some comfortable and cute. scored them from lowes. this whole look gave me fall vibes.

Hi fashionistas,

Happy Wednesday i hope everyone is having a great week. I am busy as always lol but i wanted to share a different post with you all. As you know my bday was october 8 and i recently turned 33 as someone told me its my jesus year. I have to say that im blessed and thankful.

Before my bday i decided to have some goals accomplish before year 33 and i have to say that im proud to have acheived them. I did not go overboard and have unrelaistic goals but i was determined. so i wanted to share with you my list below.

1. Find a new job where i will grow and develop more skills

2. save more money

3. pay off bills in full

4. Attend more events for blogging 

5. Network more

6. live life

I have to say i was able to check all those things off my goal list. Looking for a new job was priority and i prayed and stayed faithful till the right opportunity came along and now im loving it and know that im going to excel and grow.

Saving money is and up and down thing for me but this year i focus and buckled down and was able to do it which resulted in clearing off some debt double win.

As a blogger there are events that you want to or have to attend and i was shy at times to go but decided if i want to be successful then i need to go out and get what i want. one major was covering nyfw.

Networking has been hard but it was great as i work with brands such as derma e, caress, dove and other beauty brands.

Living life is just that living life cause it is not always about work work and work which is what i always do. so i promise to have fun and enjoy cause life is too short and spending time with my friends and family is what its all about.

So turning 33 was exciting and im looking forward to accomplishing more goals.

Hi Fashionistas,

It has been so long since i blogged and its really because work has been keeping me busy and i just been celebrating my birthday all month long lol.

My birthday was october 8 and my husband decided to throw me a 90’s theme party and i was all for it although im a 80’s baby. 

I told my husband my concept and i must say he did the job so amazing that everyone stated they felt they were at a 90s party.

The guest were able to wear cute buttons that had  different 90s slogans which everyone love. 

The dj played nothing but hits from the 90s. We were dancing all  night and the backdrop my husband had made was great. 

Now for my look i  went to my girl missrockwellsracks on instgram and order these amazing plaid shorts and paired it with a sequin top i scored on clearance at macys. Paired with moto boots.

Shoutout to my girl/makeup artist tiffany check her out on instgram makeupbytiffy. She has been doing my makeup for years and never disappoints. 

This was one of the best and amazing bday i had and so excited for the next chapter. Hope you enjoy. Until next time.

Hi Fashionistas, 

Happy tuesday hope everyone had a great weekend. I kicked off mines by relaxing and getting ready for my bday which is saturday. Team libra. Im so excited about this chapter in my life as i have been truly blessed this year.  

My goal for this month is to give you a blog post everyday wish me luck lol but i love to challenge myself.

Now on to the outfit post lol. Last month i went to generation beauty by ipsy and it was so much fun. I came home with tons of beauty products which i cant wait to try.

For the event i wanted to be casual and cute and i think i hit it off by wearing this look from new york and company. 

I dressed it down but you can totally dress it up by wearing heels or boots. My suede moto jacket added the extra touch. I hope you enjoy the look.  Until next time.

Happy Wednesday.  It feels like its been forever since i blogged and i missed you all so much but you know how life  get in the way. Im back in business.

Fashion for me is always taking risk so mixing bold colors with print and sneakers was right up my way.

I love this skirt i had for a few years from express. As you can style it so many ways. If you look at past looks i style it simple boots and simple top.

This time i paired it with a tshirt and sneakers. Which made the skirt stand out more. Have you ever wore sneakers with your skirts i dare you to live a little and try it.

Just wanted to share this look with you i wore awhile ago. This dress is so amazing you can wear it on the shoulders or off which gives it to different looks.

I scored this dress while i was getting my hair done a local person. I love everything about the dress from the material to the detail. 

I paired it with these strappy jewel tone sandals i purchased from jcpenny on clearance.

Hi fashionistas,

Happy tuesday. I hope everyone had a blessed and amazing . I spent mines relaxing as well as enjoying a few fun activities.

Me  the husband went out for some dancing and good music . If you follow me on snap then you already know. On sunday we went to the bad boys reunion tour and we had such a great time. I  standing up,dancing and singing the whole two and half hours. 

I wanted to share with you the cute look i wore for the concert. When going to concerts i like to be cute and comfy especially when dancing is involved lol.

This two piece camo set from ny and  company i love cause as you see in the pics i dressed it down but to make it work friendly i would wear boots, pumps and a button down shirt under.

I wanted to share you this lovely african inspired printed skirt that i recently wore on date night with the hubs.

I love african print but i  wanted to find the perfect skirt that i could tranisition in the fall.

This skirt is super long but by wearing heels it worked perfect which you could not see.

I paired it with a simple shirt and jean jacket. In the fall i would wear a sweater or boots with a leather jacket.

Happy Monday. I hope everyone had an amazing weekend. Once again i am here with another post with Groupon. If you saw my previous post than you already know how much i love groupons.

This post is a sponsored post but all opinions are my own.

Living in NYC there is so much to do but it can be so expensive but with groupons there are amazing deals you can catch to enjoy the city life.

I have personally use groupon to do so many fun events such as paint and sip where you can enjoy wine and paint at the same time. This was a great event and it was affordable as well. When it comes to date night me and my husband always likes to try fun and different activities. So when i saw groupon had the paint and sip event i knew we had to try it. Now im not no artist but it was all about the fun we had and the fact we only spent $50 dollars for the both of us made it much more fun. Now without groupon we would have paid $100 a person so we saved alot.

Another fun event for only $14 is a liberty cruise for two which is great as you can see the statute of liberty and enjoy other sites as the brooklyn bridge for example. This is perfect for date night.

For the concert lovers like myself there are also great deals on shows you can see as well which is a plus since concert tickets are very pricy (trust me i know)

Overall the possibility’s are endless but with groupon you will never break the bank or your budget.

Hi Fashionistas, 

Happy Monday.  I hope everyone had a blessed and productive weekend. Mines consisted of baking in this extremely hot weather feeling like I was melting every second. I know i shouldn’t complain especially when it could be worse but seriously heat and me do not mix.

In today’s look this jean jacket is a favorite all time of mine and it comes from Kimora Lee Simmons old line babyphat. Anybody that knows me knows how much I love baby phat clothing. I actually had matching jeans to the jacket but got rid of it smh

What I love about this jacket is that it has the words faith written on it and a cross on one of the sleeves. In this world that we are living in you have to have faith in order to get through all that you may be doing through.

I know i can relate at times. I paired the jacket with this amazing black sleeveless jean jumper that my husband purchased for me. I love the fit of it. Can you believe it is the Nikki minaj collection from kmart. 

I wore my Burgendy adidas which I love as well. It made the whole look go perfect . Added a statement necklace and hat and it was perfect .

I would totally paired the jumper with boots and a button down shirt to transition for fall. Let me know your thoughts on this look.
