Have you ever heard the saying Sunday Reset and often wonder what does one mean saying that. Sunday reset always refers to starting a new week with a fresh mindset so that you are preparing for the week ahead. But do you always need to wait till sunday for that to even occur. Why cant a reset be done anyday of the week. I do not feel you need set date and time in order to reset your life., day and week.

It is often the decisions we make and the habits that we create in order to make those changes. Now you probably wondering Drea what does all of this have to do with you. Well thank you for asking lol. For so long i always worried about the trends and what i see people doing and felt that i needed to do the same thing in order to gain some type of traction or influence but in a sea of so many i never really stood out.

It reminds when i was doing content creation on my creation page and would always want brand deals and etc but most of the time i majority just received free product. At first that was cool but as you know that tends to pile up and then you have unnecessary items taking up space in your home.

So i ended up stopping. Now dont get me wrong there was some amazing offers i had. I had brand deal for about two to three years with a glasses brand which saved me thousand of dollars in purchasing prescription glasses. I also had paid deals as well which was amazing but i realize that it was not for me. Let me clarify i could not do both content and running a small business.

Hence i had to choose and reset and the decision i made was my business. As my business showed a reflection of who i am and what i do which was important to me. For those that are new here i am heavily into fashion and almost went to have a career in it but chose differently.

Now i am at a crossroad in life where i feel like im burning out and you know burn out is not that great but when running a business especially on your own it is hard. Having a full time job that requires high demand can also be hard as well. I know your like what does this have to do with Sunday reset well you do not always have to wait for Sunday to make changes that you feel are necessary for your well being. It can happen whenever you are ready to make those changes.

The changes do not often have to be big steps, they can be small steps towards whatever your goal is . So let this be a reminder that starting over or resetting your self does not have to be done based on society standards but your own.
