Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Tuesday. Hopeeveryone had a great weekend and a great start to their work week. I’m on vacation but blogging never stops for me lol.

I have some plans to do more photo shoots this week for the blog.

I love this thrifted floral skirt that I purchased awhile back. Was waiting for the weather to warm up more to wear it.

I paired it with a peplum top and some espadrilles and it was perfect. I loved the look. I actually wore to work and received so many compliments on it.

I’m planning to wear it again with a tank and strapped sandals. I hope you enjoy this look. Until next time.

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I know I did especially since it was a three day weekend. I was able to have much needed rest and sorting through my closets and organizing a few of my items. Which is always a plus In my book.

I’ve been so behind on my post due to my WiFi on my camera but now I’m back and better lol.

Now the Culottes trend has been around forever for as long as I can remember. I have been going back and forth with the trend but I love to try new things when it comes to my fashion.

I scored these leather beauties from a lovely lady on instagram shop. I had them in my closet for awhile but was trying to figure out how to pair it.

I decided to go with a white tshirt and blazer and added a bold statement necklace with my colorful oxfords which are my favorite.

This was a fan favorite look as I received a lot of compliments all day. This could be dressed up more by wearing heels with it as well or boots in the fall with a sweater which I’m planning to do. So stay tuned.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Friday. Happy first day of spring although the weather is not spring like except for certain days and we are expecting snow again smh. I’m just over the bizarre weather in NYC. It could be worse so don’t let me complain too much lol.

I wore this outfit when the weather was 40 and better. I love this skirt from target it has a mix of floral and stripe pattern going along that makes it great. It was the perfect. I paired it with a black sequin shirt and this denim jacket. The boots gave the look a cute edge too it.

I enjoyed this look and look forward to wearing the skirt with flats or heels. I hope you enjoyed this look as well.

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.  I know alot of you are looking forward to valentine’s day this weekend. Me and the hubby are going to see fifty shades of gray. Although I don’t care for the cast I just really want to see how the book plays out on the big screen.

Notice anything different about my pics well no more camera phone pics as this girl finally purchased a dslr camera whoot whoot. I know you all raved about canon but this nikon is so great.

Would you believe this dress only cost me four dollars from the gap. Not a thrift store actually gap store. I love a good deal. Now I saw this number in the maternity section and no I’m not expecting but a small fit perfectly and I loved it.

I paired it with my favorite over the knee boots and statement necklace and it was a perfect look. Hope you enjoy this look. Until next time.

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone is enjoying their day so far. I just wanted to stop by with a quick post for you. I love to dress up but i think casual and street wear is when i have the most fun with. 

Most of my looks come at the spare of the moment for me lol but it always comes out great :).

A sweatshirt can be dressed up and styled in so many ways. I took this floral one which i purchase from rainbow recently paired it with some denim jeans from express and a tweed moto jacket from jcpenney. Paired with some sneaker wedges and accessories and the look was perfect.

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I spent mine with friends and I was able to attend the essence block party fest. It was an overall great experience especially for those that can not get to attend the major events for fashion week.  I will talk about fashion week in another post.

I love the kimono trend because it can make any outfit go from blah to great with a little boost. I purchased this floral kimon from my local rainbows store for about $16 which was very affordable. 

I love the floral and lace print together. I paired it with a peplum top and some skinny jeans.  Added this cute gap flats and accessories and it was a perfect casual work outfit for me.

Little Printed Dress

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy thursday. I decided to post one more blog post before I leave on my vacation.

I know you are wondering with the title little printed dress. We all heard of the little black dress or little white dress. Well I call this one my little printed dress.

When I saw this dress from j crew I knew it Belonged in my closet and I also purchased it at an amazing sale which is a plus as j crew can be pricy.

I love the floral print of the dress as it was bright and perfect for summer. I wore this for my bestie bachelorette party weekend and it was perfect.

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  I spent mine doing some relaxation.  Every now and then a break is needed from blogging because giving you the same blah would be boring lol.

I told you before how much I live midi skirts so wouldn’t it be my luck to stumble upon a floral number from H&M. What I loved about the skirt was the design. It had a floral graphite effect which I loved. Not to take away from the skirt. I paired it with a simple white shirt and my combat boots to give it an edge. I loved everything about this skirt and would wear it again with heels or sneakers.
