Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Tuesday hope everyone had an amazing weekend.  I spent mines relaxing,  cleaning and went out with the hubby. Was able to see straight outta Compton and oh my that movie was amazing. The acting was incredible . I enjoyed the movie and would see it again.

I wanted to share another look in my street style series. This beautiful chiffon dress with beading and sequin detail. I scored this number from my local goodwill store new with tags for only ten dollars.

What I love about the dress were the details and the color. The sizing waa not correct but I loved the oversized look for certain dresses I wear. I paired it with my diy jean duster and silver sneakers and Fedora. I loved the look as it was perfect for a casual night out.

Happy friday or T.G.I.F

I am happy the weekend is here and approaching as I’m ready to unwind from the work week. I have no plans for the weekend which is always good in my opinion. 

I told you I love midi skirts and you don’t always have to dress them up. For me I work in a semi corporate work place that allows us to wear certain things.

When I purchased this midi skirt from H & M I knew exactly what shoe and accessories to wear. I wanted the skirt to stand out, so I paired it with a white tshirt and crop jean jacket. The shoes were from khols and the jacket from sears.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Tuesday. Hope everyone had a great day. I was extremely busy at work hence the late posting. I’ve been dying to share this look with you all.

Recently I was in a blogger rut where I felt I was not expressing my full style potential. So sometimes you just gotta take a step back to think and figure it out in which is what I did.

Lately I’ve been doing alot of diy projects this vest is one of them.  This was actually a jean jacket I thrifted awhile back for about 9 dollars. I always wanted to have a brooch style vest.

So I actually owned a few broaches and purchased some at my local jewlery  store. Some of them are actually earrings that I used how unique right.

So once the vest was completed I was waiting to wear it with the right outfit. So I paired it with my neon midi skirt,  a tshirt and belted the vest which gave it an extra look.

I received so many compliments on my vest and I can not wait to wear it again. I hope you enjoy this look. Until next time.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Wednesday. Hope everyone work week is going good so far. I just wanted to share this dress that my husband bought for me awhile back. My husband picked this dress out on his own as when he saw it. Felt it was perfect for me.

I love everything about the stress as it midi length and has pockets. I actually consider this the perfect work dress. With a blazer or a cardigan it’s perfect.

I paired it with a cardigan and these jewel zara sandals. This dress can also be worn with a button down shirt and boots for the fall.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Monday. Hope everyone had a great weekend. My weekend was mostly staying in and relaxing and doing housework.

Although it’s summer and we mostly wear dresses, shorts and skirts. We tend to leave jeans behind for cooler temps.

I love wearing jeans especially when you don’t know what to wear at times. It’s effortless and simple. You can make bold statement by wearing printed pants like I did.

These pants are amazing. I had them for quite some time now and this is the third time I’m styling them.

I made the jeans my focal point and paired it with a simple white tee and added a denim sleeveless trench jacket.

Paired with some accessories and my white and silver wedge sandals. I was ready. This is a look I would wear for date night or just hanging out with friends.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy thursday. I hope everyone has been having a great week so far. I just wanted to share with you this look I wore a few weeks back to an event.

I had my eye on this dress from express for awhile when I first saw it but refused to pay the full price for it. So when I went back another time and realized it went on sale and I had a coupon. It was a must.

What I love about this dress is that it’s a versatile piece. Today I wore it with sandals and in the fall I can pair it with heels or boots by wearing tights and a blazer.

The print and fit was another reason that draws my attention more to it. The trumpet fit is always my go to for my body shape because it works so well.

I opted to wear flat sandals with the look. The sandals were from aldo which I caught on clearance as well.

For jewelery I wore a statement bracelet and decided to not wear a necklace so the print can stand out.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy thursday.  One more day and the weekend will be here. This look was one of my go to looks for work. If you often don’t know what to wear to work, a midi skirt is a great option.

This particular skirt I purchased from house of uble on instagram. I love her clothing as they are unique and one of a kind.

I love the detail of this skirt and pockets are always a plus for me. The gold tones stand out so much in deatail.I paired it with a lavender button down shirt and gold espadrilles shoes.

This look is great and can also be worned with a tank and sandals to switch it up. I hope you enjoy this look. Until next time.

Hi Fashionistas,

Its been a little minute but I’m back. I just came back from vacation and I feel so refresh and rejuvenated which is always a plus In my book.

I love tulle especially when it comes to tulle skirts. I owned quite a few. This one I purchased from kohls by Lauren Conrad Cinderella collection. I adore the green color of it which is perfect.

I paired it with a white tshirt and my cute studded ballerina flats. I paired it with a statement necklace and hat. Perfect look.

Happy Tuesday. Hopeeveryone had a great weekend and a great start to their work week. I’m on vacation but blogging never stops for me lol.

I have some plans to do more photo shoots this week for the blog.

I love this thrifted floral skirt that I purchased awhile back. Was waiting for the weather to warm up more to wear it.

I paired it with a peplum top and some espadrilles and it was perfect. I loved the look. I actually wore to work and received so many compliments on it.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Wednesday. Hope everyone week is going well. I will say mines is going fast but it’s ok.

I love wearing white although it tends to get dirty quick which reminds you to be extra careful when eating and drinking.

I adore this white number from H and M and the best part it was only 14 dollars which is a score. Cause the quality is amazing and I love it. I wore this look for my husband birthday last month. I paired it with some shorts and my lepoard studded pink flats from dsw.
