Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Tuesday. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mines was amazing. I had brunch with two girlfriends on Saturday and on Sunday I spent the day with my husband for valentine’s day. We relaxed earlier in the day having homemade breakfast but in the evening we attended a wedding.

So for this wedding I knew I had an idea of what I wanted to wear. I have been really shopping my closet lately which is always good and saves money lol.

The lace top is actually a dress that o purchased from H &M last year and I love it cause lace adds the extra sexy in an outfit. This gold midi skirt is amazing purchased from a local store by my job. It was actually gifted to me by a friend if mine.

I paired the look with my blue suede frindge boots and for accessories I wore little jewlery as I wanted the outfit to stand out.

Overall I had a great time with my husband with great food and laughter and some dancing.

Hi Fashionistas,

I am back from vacation and feeling so refresh and refueled. Sometimes you need a break from everything. I just wanted to leave you with this nice outfit I wore a while ago.

I’m loving the color grey and this thrifted cardigan is amazing. Only paid 5 dollars from my local thrift store. Paired with a printed sweatshirt and some olive printed cargo pants.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Thursday.  Where has the week gone. I’m on vacation but I feel like it’s almost over. I’m leaving for a few days for a nice getaway with the hubs which I’m looking forward to.

I’m planning to do a post on packing very light for short trips soon.

On to the look. If you don’t know me by now you should know I love denim. It’s something about it that I love to wear as you can dress it up or down. 

I paired it this winter white sleeveless dress with my thrifted motor jean jacket. The dress is so cute and I added the leopard tshirt for an extra pop.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Thursday . We are almost at the end of the work week and you know i am too happy in regards to it as it is my last week before my vacation. I am looking forward to relaxing and not having to think about work.

This look was something i put together on a whim to go to work and it turned out great. The hat reminding me of the show blossom where she had on a hat like this and wore a lot of florals and different prints.

I hope everyone has been having a great week so far. I have been on jury duty for the last two days but I take it as a nice break from work lol.

I wanted to share this look with you I shot a fee weeks ago. I love floral print and this skirt is just the print for me. I paired it with a solid color sweatshirt and boots because I wanted the skirt to be the focal point.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy Friday . I am so happy we are at the end of the work week . It was a short one but crazy busy for me. I just wanted to share with you a super cute look i did last week. With the change of the weather, layering has been my favorite because you can maximize the most out of your wardrobe.

I adore this jeweled sweatshirt from Jcrew it is so comfortable and adds the extra glam that you need to bring out. It is not your typical boring sweatshirt. I paired it with a long sleeve denim shirt and some sequin denim jeans. I added my leopard sneaker booties for the extra touch.

One Skirt Styled Two Ways

Happy Thursday,

Hope everyone week is going well. I have been so busy with work this week but then again I am always busy at work lol. Life of a social worker.

I recently purchased this cute skirt from my local rainbow store. I love the material and the hi/lo style of it as I own it in black as well.

So for the first look I styled it perfect for work, pairing it with a v-neck sweater and blazer with a pair of grey knee high boots .

The second look I decided to make it more fun and swap the sweater and blazer for this cute sequin mickey mouse sweatshirt. Switch the boots for my lace up zara block heels and added the hat for the extra touch.

I loved the second look as it gives a different wear to the skirt in my opinion. Which one do you prefer one or two. Would love to hear your thoughts. Until next time.

Hi Fashionistas,

Happy new year. I can’t believe it’s 2016 already. It has been crazy for me last year but amazing as I had some hi’s and some low’s. I can say I am thankful because I have learned alot last year in respect to blogging. I feel I have grown alot as well as put myself more out there networking. Planning to do more this year.

You know I love to be dress up and dress casual. This olive green maxi skirt with gold waist trimming was amazing. I paired it with a cute studded sweater and my favorite camo jacket. I adored the look.

Hi Fashionistas,

Hope everyone had an amazing holiday. I spent it with my husband just relaxing and enjoying each other company. Now usually I do a whole big thing but this year we decided to just be about us which was great. We laughed and cooked together which was a plus.

The holidays is always about creating amazing memories with the ones who are dear and close to you.

I am always inspired by other bloggers or Fashionistas like myself. So when I saw Ms. Teyana Taylor in a cute sweatsuit fit while being pregnant was amazing.

I knew I had the exact pieces in my closet so I did not have to search or buy anything at all. I added my veil beanie hat and sneaker wedges for the added touch.

This look was so cute and casual but I would totally wear it on a date with my hubby or hanging out with my girl friends. I woyld switch out the look with heels for a more femine touch. Hope you enjoy the look. Until next time.

Camo Chic

Hi Fashionistas,

I know its been awhile but you know how life can be at times. Im back and i will be having a full week of posts for you guys right up until Christmas. As you all may know i am obsessed with camo print period as i think its great and chic.

These boots were a total find online that i stumble upon and the best part they are over the knee and very comfortable and stylish. I paired the look with my favorite leather asos dress. I have styled this dress so many ways and it is still my favorite dress.

I added this camo print military style jacket that i had in my closet for a few years.
